I've been at this club for a year now. I came in with very little CrossFit experience and within a year I have improved tenfold due to the amazing coaching and programming. I've gained 15LBs and had to go up a shirt size. Anyone that says CrossFit is detrimental to gains is a flat out liar. I challenge anyone of any shape, size or age to come in and commit to 6 months of CrossFit. It will change your life... maybe even save it.
Coach Tom Adams is the absolutely best coach. He has the patience of a saint and never loses faith in your ability to achieve the unachievable. He pushes you to run faster, lift heavier, and always do more, all with the best and safest form possible. Everything we learn at CrossClub we carry over and apply to our lives outside “the box.” I still continue to enjoy the everyday workouts and my healthy lifestyle.
I’ve been doing CrossFit for over 5 years and have visited many boxes in that time. The programming and coaching at CrossClub are outstanding. They are super personable and not intimidating. The owner Brandon Rivera is super welcoming and very supportive. He’s also pretty hilarious when she coaches. If you live in this area and want to start CrossFit then go here. It’s one of the best around.
